The building site borders the Quartiersplatz to the south and represents the entrance to the new residential quarter in the eco-settlement. The two four-storey buildings are being developed in accordance with the urban character of the Quartiersplatz. The entrances to the apartments are designed as two-storey entrance portals thanks to the recess in the facade and form an unmistakable address.
